Need to return an item that doesn't fit quite like you hoped? Want to exchange it for a different size? Use the form below and your $7 return label to send in the details of your return.

    1. Complete the RMA form at the bottom of this page

      Simply fill in the boxes with your information. The SKU of the product is the number listed on the left next to your product on the invoice.

    2. Once you've completed the form and pressed send, you'll receive an automated email with an RMA# in the subject line.

      Please write this RMA number on the outisde of the box so it is delivered to the correct department once it arrives at our store.

    3. Package your return back up in an external box and write the RMA# on the outside of the box.

      To ensure that your item is not refused, make sure it is new, unused and has all the original packaging. If returning boots, helmets or other items that already come in a box, be sure to package them in an external shipping box as we can't sell an item to someone else if the product packaging has been ruined with shipping information.

      If you no longer have the return shipping label that was sent with your order, please reply to the automated RMA email you receive and ask for a replacement shipping label that you can print out.

    4. Attach the $7 return shipping label that came with your order originally. 

      Simply peel and stick it on the box and drop off your package at the nearest Purolator or Canada Post office (depending on what kind of return label you've been given).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll either charge you $7 (plus tax) in the case of an exchange or issue a refund less $7 plus tax if you've returned for a refund.

Please note that return shipping labels cannot be generated for cross border shipments and the $7 return shipping fee does not apply to cross border returns either.
