The Administrative Assistant/Cashier Supervisor is a dual role position within the dealership. The Administrative Assistant role involves assisting the Sales Administrator and supporting the Motorcycle Sales team. They will support the President by preparing documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing other administrative assistance as required. This position assists with reviewing all sales contracts and ensures required documentation is complete and accurate before processing the sale and releasing the vehicle for delivery. Other administrative duties associated with the motorcycle inventory are also handled by this position.

The secondary function of this position is to support the Cashier Department acting both as a supervisor and a back-up cashier when needed. This function involves supervising the department’s staff to ensure excellent service is delivered to every customer. You will act as a liaison between the cash department and management, making sure that all day-to-day tasks are being completed and all processes set out by management are being followed.

Job Duties:

  • Record all New & Used Vehicles in Garage Register
  • Prepare file folders for each inventory unit received
  • License and register all vehicles through Service Ontario
  • Assist sales team with vehicle & sale documentation
  • Provide ongoing guidance to cashier team
  • Maintain customer files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Create schedule for cash department
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Greet customers, answer the telephone, and direct calls to appropriate departments
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Coordinate and process customer payments and accounts
  • Offer information to customers on various dealership promotions
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Motorcycle, bookkeeping, and retail industry experience is considered an asset

The Bookkeeper will be responsible to reconcile and process all accounts payables each month. The Bookkeeper will also conduct daily/weekly reconciliations for the Online Sales Department. Duties include, but are not limited to, monthly reconciliation of all credit card statements, monthly general ledger entries, and balancing of all petty cash accounts.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and balance monthly accounts payables, including preparing cheques, coding and posting invoices via general ledger entries, reconciliation of all online store transactions
  • Balance petty cash accounts, post general ledger entries for internal charges
  • Monthly general ledger entries for automatic withdrawals
  • Reconcile credit card statements and process all journal entries related to statements
  • File and maintain storage of all related records
  • Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation of all financial, accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Provides assistance to the Senior Bookkeeper where needed
  • Prepare cash floats for special events (motorcycle shows, trade shows)
  • Provide on site support during Motorcycle Trade shows several times a year


  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is required
  • Motorcycle or automotive industry experience is considered an asset

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Vice President of HR and Finance. They will assist with the development and implementation of policies; recruitment; monitoring time and attendance; coordinating new employee on-boarding; health and safety; and other areas as directed. Other duties will include maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR filing systems, personnel records, drafting reports and assistance in other departments. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Job Duties:

  • Support Vice President of Human Resources and Finance with all Human Resources functions
  • Provide support and assistance to Managers for bi-weekly payroll functions; review time reports and work hours for completeness and accuracy using ADP Workforce Now
  • Accurate and timely input of new hire information into HRIS (ADP Workforce Now); set up and maintenance of employee files; ensuring all employee paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
  • Recruitment administration including creating/maintaining job postings, arranging interviews, and checking references
  • Arrange and oversee new employee orientation training
  • Distribute policies, procedures and memorandums to the appropriate individuals or departments across the organization
  • Draft general forms, letters, reports and memos as necessary
  • Work with management to ensure staff are working in compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation and established policies and procedures
  • Ensure all equipment and workplace safety inspections are completed according to legislative and company requirements
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Post Secondary diploma in Human Resources preferred

If you are someone that has a desire to work in a fast paced environment and has the ability to multitask, then this may be the job for you! In the Full-Time Seasonal Lot Porter position, you will assist the flow within the Service and Sales departments. As a Lot Porter you will wash and detail motorcycles as well as move them in and around the dealership. You will assist the Technicians as needed during the busy Spring and Summer seasons and run errands in a company vehicle (such as refilling portable gas tanks, picking up parts from local suppliers, and other errands as assigned). You will also ensure the motorcycles and off-road vehicles on the showroom floor are well presented. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

The Motorcycle Sales Associate is responsible for selling motorcycles and off-road vehicles, managing customer leads with strategic sales tools and techniques, following up on all sales leads, making appointments with interested customers, maintaining a clean and professional work space, and being a contributing member of a team that strives to deliver a premium customer experience to its' customers.This individual will develop ongoing relationships with customers and will continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion and initiative are essential for this role. The Motorcycle Sales Associate should have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of motorcycle and off-road vehicle specifications and features.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers with information regarding motorcycles and off-road new and used vehicles for sale
  • Complete sales of vehicles while introducing the customer to the additional products and services offered by the company
  • Conduct a delivery inspection when completing delivery to customer
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create opportunities for revenue growth
  • Attend training sessions and other off-site events to keep current with products offered/sales techniques and also for company representation. International travel required

As a Parts & Accessories Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering inquiries by phone. On and Off-Road parts and accessories knowledge is required to effectively search and determine customers needs. Your goal is customer satisfaction. As a Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic you are responsible for performing all forms of service work from tune-ups to engine rebuilds on most makes and models, including Ducati, Triumph and KTM. You will complete repair work accurately and within the scheduled time period. You will test ride bikes as required for diagnostic purposes prior to returning to the customer. You will conduct oil changes, tire changes and carb clean setups. This is a full-time position with a higher number of working hours in the busy season.


  • Passionate Motorcyclist and have a minimum M2 licence
  • Knowledge and experience working with Ducati, Triumph, and KTM is an asset
  • Must have 310G Motorcycle Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Diagnostic skills with both carbureted and fuel injected engines
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must provide own toolbox and hand-tools specific to the trade while GP does supply some specialty tools
  • Maintain a clean organized workspace
