GP Bikes is looking for a motivated F&I/Business Manager to complement our exceptional team! This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager, with a track record of profitable sales, clean and organized paperwork, and enthusiasm for the motorcycle industry.

The F&I Manager performs a number of vital functions including:

  • Work in concert with the General Sales Manager to determine appropriate lenders and suppliers of finance products
  • Review the customer's credit application and credit report and discuss the available finance options to meet their needs
  • Arrange financing with various lenders, following up on credit applications on a continual basis and negotiating with institutions for approvals
  • Sell value added products including extended warranties and insurance products that meet the needs of our clients
  • Prepare the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, licensing paperwork and other legal forms required by provincial and federal regulatory bodies
  • Must practice strict legal compliance and ethical behaviour
  • Ensures that purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale of vehicles are completed accurately and in full compliance with GP Bikes policies and O.M.V.I.C regulations


  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Finance and Insurance Sales within a high volume dealership (auto or powersports)
  • O.M.V.I.C Certification
  • Strong ability to negotiate and sell; strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask; strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing
  • Computer proficiency with experience using technology to create efficiency within the F&I department
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, detail and results oriented, and a well-developed sense of drive
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a great relationship with co-workers, other departments, and clients

If you are someone that has a desire to work in a fast paced environment and has the ability to multitask, then this may be the job for you! In the Full-Time Seasonal Lot Porter position, you will assist the flow within the Service and Sales departments. As a Lot Porter you will wash and detail motorcycles as well as move them in and around the dealership. You will assist the Technicians as needed during the busy Spring and Summer seasons and run errands in a company vehicle (such as refilling portable gas tanks, picking up parts from local suppliers, and other errands as assigned). You will also ensure the motorcycles and off-road vehicles on the showroom floor are well presented. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.


  • Valid G driver’s license (M2 licence is an asset)
  • Clean Driver’s abstract

The Motorcycle Sales Associate is responsible for selling motorcycles and off-road vehicles, managing customer leads with strategic sales tools and techniques, following up on all sales leads, making appointments with interested customers, maintaining a clean and professional work space, and being a contributing member of a team that strives to deliver a premium customer experience to its' customers.This individual will develop ongoing relationships with customers and will continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion and initiative are essential for this role. The Motorcycle Sales Associate should have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of motorcycle and off-road vehicle specifications and features.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers with information regarding motorcycles and off-road new and used vehicles for sale
  • Complete sales of vehicles while introducing the customer to the additional products and services offered by the company
  • Conduct a delivery inspection when completing delivery to customer
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create opportunities for revenue growth
  • Attend training sessions and other off-site events to keep current with products offered/sales techniques and also for company representation. International travel required
  • Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership

As a Parts & Accessories Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering inquiries by phone. On and Off-Road parts and accessories knowledge is required to effectively search and determine customers needs. Your goal is customer satisfaction. If this sounds like an ideal way to spend your work day, then this may be the job for you!  This position is ideal if you are an individual with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to be versatile in your role working in our fast paced environment. Other tasks include making sure merchandise is always presented neatly and priced correctly.

As a Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic you are responsible for performing all forms of service work from tune-ups to engine rebuilds on most makes and models, including Ducati, Triumph and KTM. You will complete repair work accurately and within the scheduled time period. You will test ride bikes as required for diagnostic purposes prior to returning to the customer. You will conduct oil changes, tire changes and carb clean setups. This is a full-time position with a higher number of working hours in the busy season.


  • Passionate Motorcyclist and have a minimum M2 licence
  • Knowledge and experience working with Ducati, Triumph, and KTM is an asset
  • Must have 310G Motorcycle Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Diagnostic skills with both carbureted and fuel injected engines
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must provide own toolbox and hand-tools specific to the trade while GP does supply some specialty tools
  • Maintain a clean organized workspace
