In all positions at GP Bikes it is important for staff to be versatile and willing to assist with a variety of tasks. Unless otherwise stated, most positions involve working mainly during our store hours, however, additional projects may be assigned which require different working hours. Working off-site at Trade Shows beyond these store hours several times a year is a requirement.

As a Parts & Accessories Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers in store and answering enquiries by phone. On and Off-Road parts and accessories knowledge is required to effectively search and determine customers needs. Your goal is customer satisfaction. If this sounds like an ideal way to spend your work day, then this may be the job for you!  This position is ideal if you are an individual with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to be versatile in your role working in our fast paced environment. Other tasks include making sure merchandise is always presented neatly and priced correctly.

DRIVER (Part-time Seasonal Contract)

The Driver is responsible for using company vehicles to run various errands, including picking up parts, local deliveries of motorcycles using a truck and small trailer, bringing paperwork to the licence office, transporting customers, etc. This position has been created to support all departments during the busy spring and summer season. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.


  •  Valid G driver’s license
  • Clean Driver’s abstract

  • Able to work in a fast motorcycle dealership setting

  • Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both verbally and in written form

  • Loading and unloading motorcycles in a safe manner, using provided tools as appropriate

  • Organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking use of timelines and time management techniques

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Required to work indoors and outdoors

  • Ability to work days, evenings, and Saturdays

  • Ability to lift 50-80 pounds and maneuver motorcycles

If you are organized, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy a hands-on element in your work day, then this may be the job for you. You will be responsible for unpacking received inventory (motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel), making sure it is well accounted for and labeled accordingly, as well as security tagged. Products must then be moved to and merchandised within the dealership. This position also involves calling customers once their products are available for pick up.

This would be an ideal position for a local college student looking to work around his/her school schedule during the school year, with more hours available throughout the summer.


  • Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred

As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible for providing HR generalist and administrative support to the VP of HR & Admin and employees on all aspects of Human Resources activities.

You will:

  • assist with the development and implementation of company policies;

  • identify necessary health and safety initiatives, research related legislation and best practices, write policies and procedures, source or develop appropriate training, assign and track employee training;

  • write job descriptions and job postings,

  • assist with recruitment;

  • provide orientation and training of staff;

  • organize employee events;

  • monitor attendance and assist managers with preparing timecard reports in ADP Workforce Now for payroll;

  • maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records;

  • maintain the HR filing system (paper and electronic);

  • demonstrate authentic care and compassion for co-workers, balanced with an understanding and appreciation of business needs and government requirements.

As this position supports the VP of HR & Admin/Owner, administrative duties may include filing, drafting correspondence, preparing reports requested by other departments, etc.  Versatility is key for this role. If you want to be an integral part of GP Bikes then you must be willing to jump in where there is a need.

  • Post Secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management preferred

  • Experience in all facets of HR such as health and safety, recruitment and training and development.

  • Knowledge of current employment laws and safety legislation.

  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now HRIS system is an asset.

  • Experience being part of a Joint Health and Safety Committee.

  • Excellent written, verbal and comprehension skills.

  • Excellent time management, problem solving, and organizational skills

  • Computer skills: Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and Google Drive. Preference given to candidates who can present and facilitate technology-based solutions to HR strategies.

If you are organized, focused, and looking for a job with flexible hours to work around other commitments such as childcare, then this position may be the right fit for you. E-Commerce Product Maintenance involves uploading new products to GP Bikes’ website (including data and images), as well as updating existing or removing discontinued products. Knowledge of riding apparel and motorcycle parts and accessories will help with categorizing these products appropriately.

You will work 27-30 hours a week. Please indicate in your cover letter your available hours from Monday to Friday so we can arrange a mutually beneficial on-going schedule. Working motorcycle trade shows beyond our normal store hours 2-3 times a year is compulsory.
